Have a look at this

That's very cool. At least it's not a tiny little plastic case, but made of sheet metal and looks like it is good quality. What else to play Trainz on right.

The question is .............................

.. Why would anyone need a case that holds 26 HDD's ??????????????

Ideal for 'pirates', thats about all, no other reason for it. (but it is chinese, so that says it all really)

Yeah, because 26 HDDs = pirates.

All those people setting up server farms are pirates too.

Reading the original article, the "train" only has room for a couple of SSD's. and an Optical drive. Quote - The PC-CK101 is a limited run product which looks like a train. - unquote.
The 'server' is a totally seperate model
Quote - Also on the Lian Li booth we were introduced to the PC-D8000. A double width and tall case designed to fit HTPX motherboards as well as twenty-six 3.5 inch hard drives (6 of them in hotswappable bays). - Unquote
If the train case was to be a server, I think it would have had 5 or six wagons for the HDD's .
