Reading the original article, the "train" only has room for a couple of SSD's. and an Optical drive. Quote - The PC-CK101 is a limited run product which looks like a train. - unquote.
The 'server' is a totally seperate model

If the train case was to be a server, I think it would have had 5 or six wagons for the HDD's .
