Has my anti-virus deleted these, as they seem to reoccur?

Virus program: Trend Micro Internet Security (It replaced Norton Anti-Virus & I aint getting that again!)

Every time I do a scan, I get these messages saying that these cookies are deleted? Has my anti-program really deleted them?

Click on thumbnail below (Bit unclear and let me know if the picture doesn't work):

I did eventually get to Trend Micro's Housecall download page, but have I already got it, as a note at the bottom states?:
Note to Trend Micro Internet Security Users: Trend Micro Internet Security includes all the functionality of HouseCall, plus automatic virus updates (HouseCall does not offer automatic updates), personal firewall, spyware detection & removal, spam blocking, protection against identity theft, and wi-fi network protection. Probably deleted then redownloaded when you next went on the net.

You could check by running two scans, one after the other (without going on the net in between).

Personally I always delete temporary internet files including cookies at the end of each session. In IE that's "Tools" > "Internet Options" > Browsing History "Delete" and tick the items you want to delete.

When I do two scans one after, it usually says no threats.

But with that note, and Trend Micro Internet Security (TMIS) & Housecall, I don't need to download the Housecall program from the TMIS website, as it says includes functionality of Housecall? Not sure wether that means H/Call is included in TMIS or not.

ive used Trend Micro for years. Yes it does delete them if it thinks it may contain a threat to your system, it does not however prevent it from coming back as they are used by many sites. Cookies come down with most sites you visit, some cookies will relay information back to the site and it these that your programme deletes unless you tell your programme that it is a safe site. Trainz is such a site because the DLS will check your computer for assets before downloading any new ones. Trainz is known as safe so the cookies are not deleted.

Those cookies (from DoubleClick, owned by Google) are ad trackers. Probably keep track of what ads you've seen, possibly which you've clicked on (if any) to try and show ads targeted towards your interests. Not really a threat to your computer, they're probably flagged because it's a privacy concern for some people.
