Happy Birthday to a couple of Trainzers...

Not normally one to make a fuss over birthdays but 2 of our esteemed Trainzers celebrate their birthdays today, namely titaniclover and Wessex Electric Nutter. It is said that we over 45's on this forum maybe don't show our appreciation towards our younger members as much as we ought to, so to remedy that situation today, I think we all should raise our glasses of milk, pepsi ( well, titaniclover is only 15 and not old enough to drink yet :hehe: ) to our fellow comrades.

Cheerz guys, have a great day.

Well, it's still the 16th of February in the Northern Hemisphere, but of course being one of our esteemed Australian Trainzers, a HUGE happy birthday to psycho aussie as well.
And I'm sorry atsfrr3000, BUT, if Auran had highlighted your birthday today as well at the bottom of the forum screen, you would have got a mention also. Happy birthday to you anyway.

Not quite Adam. Here, in the land down under, it is my birthday today. I still have 8 1/2 hours to go... and I'm already into the scotch and coke... ;)

Thank you for noticing. It was actually my 22 yesterday (As I write this.) I spent it on the railway on the Mid Hants. Managed to have a day of all sorts, like helping out 2 shunters, why they tried to lower the buckeye coupling (ours have a hook and a knuckle combined, you just swing the buckeye down to reveal the hook) and wondered why they didn't do it.
They managed to pull on the releasing pin chain though and thought that would get somewhere.
Then it was a loco driver who couldn't start the 08 (Tick, tick is all it did -someone didn't charge it up).
Then it was the 33 slipping precariously
Then it was the 2 panels I stripped to bare metal and god, they were shiney.
Then I shorted out 96 2.2v battery cells of about 395 amps (probably 100amps before I shorted them) or more for a second, while I unplugged the battery charger, put the socket ontop of the battery charger, not knowing there were any metal objects on top. Instant flash for one second. (it took me less than that to realise). Scary. Still, I survived, I was lucky I didn't hold anything metal.
