GS file for couplestar

hi does anybody know how to create a GS file for using eldavo's couplestar with a new asset that has been created i cant seem to fathum out how to do it

could some one help

From what I can remember its just a matter of copying and pasting the example code from Eldavos website.

ok does it have to go in a notepad file like the config or not???

Scripts are plain text files like those made with Notepad but when saved, they're given the extension of .gs instead of .txt. So if you copy a script file to NotePad and then do a Save As a .gs or let it save it as a .txt file then rename the file to change .txt to .gs.

hi again still need some help with creating a GS file for couplestar ive checked out eldavo's scripting but its not that clear really does anyone know where i can get a good tutorial on creating GS files

Writing Scripts for Trainz has a steep learning curve but if you want to try you could start with the tutorials available at http://www.worldoftrainz.com/Pages/Tutorials.htm

by the way i think ive mastered it now just copied and pasted eldavo's couplestar GS script the only trouble im having now is loading it into my asset folder ive gone into CCP and clicked on the load button next to script but cannot find the saved file
ive used notepad to copy and paste the script into is that the right program to use if not what program do i need to use so i can find it when i load it up and save it as GS???
