Ground height

Hello all,

I have asked this question before but was only using TC3 at the time, now I have TS12 and thought I might ask the question again thinking that I might be able to do in TS12. What I want to know is can you change the overall height of a layout without interfering with the individual heights within the layout. I did get a response last time I asked but it was believed that third party software would be required. Is this still the case or can it be done within TS12?

I believe the uniform raising of the ground height would have to done in TransDem.
