Yeah, definitely. And unfortunately, I can't return any of the equipment I got from newegg except for the PSU, all if it is out of warranty. I think the only thing I could still return is the memory because Patriot has a lifetime warranty. But even if I did send the memory in I would be out of a computer for 2 weeks. :'(
Oh yeah, I should also mention my mouse is malfunctioning (wanting to double click when I'm only clicking once). Like I didn't see that coming. Is it just me or am I the unluckiest person in the world?
In the mean time I'm going to post about my experience on the eggXpert forums and see if that could get some suggestions.
Did you change or reinstall the video drivers? Have you tried switching between DirectX and OpenGL modes? What Video card do you have? Is it overclocked? If it is failing you could try to find an overclocking utility for your video card and use it to underclock it instead to see if fixes the glitches (last resort).

May I suggest making sure that the power cable to the video card is snug in the socket? I've had a problem in the past with the video power becoming loose and causing all sorts of video issues.
