Got trial invite- wont install- getting "No Patch Currently Available for this..."

Hi all:
I am getting an error when attempting to install the client for the 14-day trial. I logged into my account, selected the trial and downloaded the installer. However, when i launch it and select the path for install, it brings up a window stating "No Patch currently available for this product." I've tried a few different paths including the one with the client in case it was looking for that and ran as admin. Any thoughts what causes this?

When running the installer, select "Trainz Plus" stream.
