The George Washington Bridge over the Hudson is on the DLS somewhere. Not sure just how good the scale is on it though.

Hello, have you checked on the DLS under Ben Dorsey's KUID 210518, I thought Ben was a major creator of such wonderful structures, although the ones you are asking about I have never seen anywhere. I would like the Golden Gate Bridge as well.....:hehe:

Cheerz ex-railwayman.

whats his bridges called?for suspension bridges

I've only made one suspension bridge and its in Austrailia (over the Brisbane river). Suspension bridges are rarely used for railroads. There are exceptions but the overwhelming majority are for automotive use. Something to do with loading I think.

Could I make the Brooklyn Bridge? Possibly, but with all the cables and fancy work it would be a nightmare to do and a polycount monster when done. Probably bring your computer to a screeching halt in a micro-second, lol.

Then there is a the question of who will I sell it too (easy terms can be arranged).:hehe:

Rugrat's post shows a good picture of the Chillicothe bridge over the Illinois River. Here it is in Trainz:
