Looks like an RRMods model. Just a guess, though.

I looked under davesnow's username and I do not see it even on the DLS and I had downloaded it from somewhere out cannot find its specific name.
googled "trainz wc covered gondola", switched to "images", came up with this: http://s35.photobucket.com/user/-CoZmo-/media/52ftCoveredGOn.jpg.html and a archived forum page "Powered by Jointed Rail Productions, LLC." circa 2007, user went by Cozmo.... hope it helps.
