I cooked 4 lbs of ground beef ... I had a quart of grease after I drained it ... I stirred in @ a cup of flour into the gruel, and boiled it slowly till it was a gravy ... cooled it, and put it in the fridge overnight ... chipped off the 1/2" of solidified fat on top, and threw the hardened fat away ... stirred in a cup of instant mashed tater mix ... it was like thick wall paper paste, or spackle ... so I diced up some cooked "Jeni O" turkey burger chunks ... It truly was one of "the wierdest things I brought to the table" ... besides my ex-wife ... My mom remarked: Where on earth did you find that nut case ?
I saw an old 50's Lionel model train commercial where a husband had a train driving on the diner table, stop, and the tipper car dumped gravy on his wife's lap his wife.
