Ghost Sessions?

I occasionally see a "ghost session" appear. This is a session with a screenshot of the current scene and not the standard scene for a session. That session cannot be used despite its display on the official session list. So, as with many issues, you just delete it and assume/hope no harm was done.

That sounds like an orphaned save game or it may relate to the route or session having been updated, which can also create an orphan.
