Get new patch message.

Hi All, just to tell you that I am using the layers quite successfully now, thanks to all the help.

New problem, I have the disc for 2010 EE and it shows build 42203, I am getting a message that there is a patch available, now when I try to download the message is that the patcher cannot unpack the update, I have tried several times but same message, is there a patch available ? or a mistake perhaps ?

Hi itareus, that download section is for ts2009 and the patcher says not applicable to 2010.

However (like to keep up to date) I saw patches for 2009 above my build and I cannot see the one to start the patch ie:- my build for ts2009 is 37625 and those patches that are available start at 4--something, I went on to the patch site and of course I don't have the right to go on there so I am stuck on both ts2009 and ts2010, they are working ok but as I say I like to keep up to date.

Despite the web site for the patches being "TS2009" the link I gave you is for the TS2010 patches! Check out the first post - 42203 to 43434 is there (43434 is SP3).

It could be that you need to select the install directory when doing the patch as the patcher could be trying to install the TS2010 patch on to TS2009. I think its the [...] button (never had the problem myself - lucky me!).

(TS2010). Firstly, download this; http://download.ts2009.com/patch/42203_to_43434.exe - Then run TS2010 for a few minutes. Then close it down and install the downloaded patch "42203 to 43434". Be patient, as it takes a while.

(TS2009). Once you have finished installing SP3 for TS2010, DOWNLOAD http://download.ts2009.com/patch/37625_to_40040.exe (SP2 for TS2009). Make sure you run TS2009 for a few minutes first, (then close down) before you try and install TS2009 SP2...
Once you have finished that patch, download SP3 for 09 and install; - http://download.ts2009.com/Beta/40040_to_41844.exe
