Can someome help me rate this Video card? GeForce 7300 GT OC Express Graphics Card, Thank you, Ed

On a scale of 1 to 10? I give it a 3 or so.

The nVidia 7 series is quite old now, and even when the 7300 GT came out it was a slow card. Now that's not to say it's a bad card, if you're on a budget and not looking for a gaming video card it will work just fine for a work computer, but if you plan on any sort of gaming I would suggest finding a different card.

A few good options would be the 7600 GS/GT if you're on a really tight budget, though the 9600 GT and 8800 GT are better options if you plan on any sort of heavy gaming.

I had a Nvidia 7600 GT.To say it was only mediocre,is being kind to it.Managed to get a nearly new Nvidia 8800 GTS. What a difference,really superb and runs complicated routes,with one exception,nay bother.Expensive card new though.
