game does not save???

i just put trainz 06 on my new laptop and spent a couple hours playin with the surveyor and made a new map but when i started the game up again all was lost. i made another little map thinkin i forgot to save and again it was lost. it will stay until i exit the game but as soon as i restart it, its gone:'( . whats going on?

do wat did save it to the floopy disk at the top left hand corner then when you wanna play again go to driver then saved session and it probably didn't same because your missing depindecies.

You said you were running it on a new laptop, does that mean that you have windows vista? I recently installed TRS06 on my new vista pc and had similar problems. Next time when you open it instead of double clicking with the left mouse button, single click with right mouse button and select "run as administrator". Running the program as admin has fixed this problem for me.
