The DLS or download station does have the largest collection and it's all free to registered users. $10 gets you a first class ticket which gives faster downloads and more than 100 Mb per day.

Click onn Website in the menu bar at the top here then select Fan Sites. There are 100+ sites listed and many have free downloads.
