I read an underlying suspicion regarding congressional lobbying by business...WDW Enterprises is still the Reedy Creek WMD, still doing an outstanding job of flood control & water conservation.
Any pictures of coal trains in the Powder River Basin reveal the land reclaim-management efforts of the world's largest coal producers, along with research by the University of Wyoming, that has on-site facilities. The Florida Phosphate Industry has used land conservation for 40-years & they make grass grow where it never would have.
By the way, we could stop using coal & close Disney World, but phosphate is a mandatory element to our palette...
