Flat Cars with Farm Equipment onboard

Can anyone recommend rollinging stock that features nice tractors, harvesters or similar large agricultural machines that would be suitable for a USA layout.

I did find some John Deere tractors that were probably 1950s vintage.

I am running Trainz 12.

Majekear has a number of 50ft flats configured to carry tractors and several different tractor products that will load on them.

Majekear has made 2 trainz-build 2.9 flatcars that work great in TS2010 and should work in TS2012 without error. They are set up to carry 2 kinds of catepillars and 8 different farm tractors plus other items. They have autonumbering so you can string a bunch of them and not have duplicate numbers. You have to use the ? function when you place them on the track and load them yourself or you can use a Multiple Industry New (MIN) track section and run as AI to load. The cars are:
Flatcar50ft Canadian Pacific h#,<kuid2:56063:180748:1>
Flatcar50ft Burlington Northern h#,<kuid2:56063:180745:1>

The 50ft up flatcar buiilt into 2010 is well suited. I configured to carry John Deere tractors. Only takes half a minute and saves the bother of finding wagons that have been configured by the creator.

Looks fairly simple just a cylinder with texture. Any dimensions available?

Thanks John

Here's a few sites with pictures and demensions. Note that some of the cars are special cars like for the propellers especially because of there length.

Go to Trainzproroutes.com and look in rolling stock under flatcars. the is a TTX 89' ft flatcar that carries tractors
I also think they have loads there.

Does anybody know where I can find flat cars that carry unbuilt wind turbines?

afaik blades are usually transported by truck. Blades are between 120-150 ft long. When they go by train they are on specially built cars because the blade will span 2 or 3 cars. Siemens built blades are hauled by train on some ingeniously built cars. Its really pretty cool.

Doesn't answer your question... just an aside.
