Flashing Groound Textures

I'm trying to get TS2009 to run on this system. The ground textures flash from white, green, normal continually.

No upgrade available for graphics driver.

Are these textures seasonal? Have you tried running in Direct X and Open GL?

It's the Australian Outback included route as it is out of the box, but any route will do it.

DX won't run at all. It crashes before it can load anything other than the launcher.
