Fixing Mesh Files?

Hey All. It has come to my attention that a lot of locomotives i try to download are faulty due to mesh files. It seems advanced, but is there anyway I could fix it? Thanks.

A little more information about your problem would help !

If you are getting a warning about .pm meshes and changing to a LOD mesh then you can either ignore the warning or use PEV's pm2im tool to convert the mesh.

It's a shame that the wording of the "warning" mentions LOD meshes. A PM mesh has a LOD system built into it whereas an IM mesh has no such feature.

Thus the user has to construct extra meshes to make a LOD system. This, of course, is impossible without the original GMax, 3DSMax, of Blender files.

My PM2IM tool cannot make an LOD system.. It can only make an IM mesh from a PM mesh.
