At the moment I'm still waiting for them to finish the server debugging, I tried to buy My First Trainz when it was on sale, and the website crashed as soon as I hit submit. It's still in my cart but no longer at the sale price, waiting to get a resolution on that. My opinion they need to extend the sale to make up for all the days lost due to (what were they THINKING?!) the big sale coinciding with a brand new untested server.
Well, yeah, last helpdesk ticket response suggested I use internet explorer and try again, but since I was buying it at 75% off and now it's full price, I'm not about to complete the order until I find out if they're going to honor the pricetag it was when I first tried to buy it.
Yeah that's a good price. I've just recieved boxed TS12, ordered in sale at $12.95, postpacking almost as much $9, still worth it as like having DVD's as insurance. Registered Serial number at Planet Auran & informed get 20% Discount on FCT ordered within 7days. Now my question is do I get that 20% discount on top of the 30% sale price? Now that would be good but some how I doubt it. Will have to give TS12 a work-out first to see if worth getting FCT within days and/or while sale lasts.

Seeing as a fresh install needs about 700 updates which take about 4 days without a FCT, you might wanne consider it because of the state in which they sell TS12.

It's always worth buying a First Class Ticket there is so much on the DLS. Some people will say there's too many old assets on there but with a FCT you can always download and decide for yourself and then delete them if you wish.
Personally I will always buy the DVD if available, I even bought Marias Pass X on DVD.

Ken, have just purchased 1year FCT and as I suspected didn't get the extra 20% discount I was kind of hoping for, still shouldn't be too greedy eh? 
Like you I prefer having hard copy of things such as programs. Digital download isn't really good for me on really large stuff like TS12 due to slow connection & download limits. Rather wait for the postie to deliver nice padded envelope with DVD, TS12 took just 5 or 6 days to arrive from N3V, not bad, quicker than I was expecting
