First Class Ticket and 100 Mo quota

Hi,

I've bought a First Class Ticket for TRS2007. I've downloaded for 100Mo in the CMP and I get a message saying that the quota has been reached.

Moreover, what is strange is that there's a red cross on the ticket in the CMP.

I thought there's no limit with a FCT ...

Any help ? Thank you.;)

Power down the CMP and then back up again it should put it's self right.:)

I did activate my FCT which expires 10 Dec 2010. I closed CMP then restart my PC but still the same problem ...

I also have TS2010 and I succeed in downloading with TS2010 Content Manager (no quota whereas it's the same profile).

It can take up to 24hrs for the servers to recognize the change. Some say that logging in and out of Planet Auran & CMP will make them refresh.

The quickest way to get it to refresh appears to be going to your profile on Planet Auran and changing your password (even if you change it to the same password :o ), works for me every time:cool:

If you have run both versions (2006/7 and 2010 CMs) on the same PC without a PC reboot this can confuse CM. Same applies to running different versions of Trainz on different PCs on the same home network.

You could also try the normal "fixes"...
  • In CM clear the download helper pane.
  • In CM clear your username and password.
  • Close CM.
  • Re-open CM and re-enter username and password.
If this does not work then (as others have said) login to the Auran Website and clear and re-enter your password (you can use the same password).

There could be a problem with the DLS. I don't have a FCT at the moment, the other day I downloaded about 9MB of content and got told I had used my quota for the day

I still have a red cross on my ticket and I can't download anything. Moreover, CMP can't connect to get username and password. I have Windows 7 64-bits.

I did it but CMP fails during connection and I have to go to CMP parameters and I save then connection is OK. It never works first time.

Mabeeits your connection if u have wifi it's a complicated thing. Moreover it could be the lag. The lag causes it to go slow and if it doesn't have it in time then it says no

Hi,

I succeeded in downloading for 100Mo today but still the same message after 100Mo : quota is reached for today. Downloading speed is fast indeed = average 200 ko/s.

FCT ticket seems to work for speed but not for quota. I've still got a red cross over the ticket in the CMP.

My PC has got a Ethernet connection, not Wifi.

With TS2010, my username and password are recognized in the few seconds whereas with TRS2007, it fails everytime !

This is a bit of an odd problem - maybe a TS2007 (EU TS2006 version) and TS2010 conflict. I would suggest this may be a case for contacting the Auran Helpdesk!!

(Or moving to TS2010 totally.....:) )

I'll have one last try

I'll have one last try,
Go in to CM3 and click on the file tab, now click on the network diagnostics program, and click on the Details button, and see if every thing passes the test,
If the answer is yes, then you will need to go to the help desk, as I have seen in these forums that the fault has been in Auran's profile files, and only they can put it right for you.

Running more than one TS can't be the problem as I run 06, 09 and 10 with the FCT with no problems what so ever, but I can't say for 07, as this is the European version and I don't know what changes where made.
