I bought a 365 Day FCT some months ago. It is still valid but does not appear to be working with TS12. I used it to download of TS2009. But as of now. It appears to not work with TS12. Do I have to register it or something?
I'm guessing you have activated the ticket if you used it to download with TS09? I'm ruling out the simple things first but it may be you did a regular download without the ticket having been activated. Check the ticket status in you Profile just to be sure.
Yes, it appears to be active. It's just things are taking a looooooooooong time to download and often have >? things next to them in Download Manager and have no file size limit.
