I've got them showing only warnings, not errors, but I can't remember what, if anything, I've done to get that far. What errors are they showing?

Just add a shadow, Pev has a tool to convert from .pm mesh to .im mesh if you want to go that far.

Cheerio John

I download the pevsoft program for shadows but really stuck.Tried going through thelp section but cant see any of my trains not sure where to look.

Im quite new to this and programming is not a forte of mine. Just want to get the 1996 stock to work. What folder are trains kepted in?

Having changed the PM to IM, open each in turn in CCP, adjust to the IM in the Mesh. I selected the same mesh for the shadow, to avoid complications. Then in the main body of text check the engine for the A trailer and ABack Trailer, and uncheck the engine check box in the motor car. You can then drive from the front and back, but you will be hovering just above the rails in driver mode. Perhaps Andy06 has a workaround for this. It works ok when observing, just fine.

White textures.

If the textures are old type (pre TS2009) you will need to run Images2TGA to convert all the old textures to TGA files with texture.txt files.

If you do this using the OpenWith menu in TS2009/10 content manager it should work transparently.. Just run the "open with" for Images2TGA on the assets, then re-commit. Images2TGA should automatically install the necessary macros to make this happen.
