Faulty Dependencies

When I opened up Trainz A New Era, most of the dependencies on Thomas Trainz such as Gordon the Big Engine were missing. That's why they're faulty. How do I fix them on this Mac computer?

As far as I know missing dependencies and faulty dependencies are two different things.

For missing dependencies, search the web (though I would start with the DLS if you have downloaded the main asset elsewhere).
For faulty dependencies it would help if you post the actual error (not warning).
