I have downloaded a few items on download station only most of the content is showing up as faulty. Dont trainz check the 3rd party content before its uploaded?

The requirements and error checking these days are much higher for TS2010 than when the content was made for earlier versions. There are projects around to correct content on the DLS and instructions on how to do this yourself.
I tried the fix from that link did not work. cant find any projects on DLS I seem to have alot of trouble with that. Begining to wish I brought trainz 2009
TS09 would of picked up the same errors as TS2010, TRS2006 and lower would not pick most of the errors, even texture missing errors would of been skipped in TRS2006 and lower.

Scenery objects at 1.3 typically work in TS2010. Steam Locos at TC3 level will typically work in TS2010.
Rolling stock under my kuid 86627 or in fact anything under that kuid should be error free in TS2010 and that gives you a basic fair range of rolling stock.
