Face won't appear on a Thomas and Friends engine model. I need help!

Hello Trainz community!
I just jumped on the Trainz 22 bandwagon a few days ago, and I am enjoying it, but I have an issue. I downloaded a model of Molly The Yellow Engine from https://tramway3d.wixsite.com/home (Tramway 3D), and I managed to get it to show up in the game, I used it and it works great, but Molly's face does not show up at all. This is the Molly that has the 3D face true to the TV show of Thomas And Friends, not the flat face.
For context, here is what I have done on Trainz so far if any of these things are contributing to the problem (I don't know if any of this extra information is necessary, but if it will help, I am giving all of what has been going on).
After doing some tutorial train run sessions on Trainz to learn how to operate engines, I decided to download some engines.
First, I downloaded a Thomas TRS19 model from https://www.sodorworkshops.com/index.htm (Sodor Workshops), downloaded all of the assets that came with it so I could use him.
Next, I downloaded the model of Molly, but it had unknown assets, so I came back to that later.
Next, I downloaded the pack of WD Austerity 2-10-0 engines from the YouTuber Rexeljet, downloaded their assets, and they were all set.
Back to the model of Molly, I found that the two unknown assets she had were her driver and fireman. I copied the assets of the driver and fireman from the Thomas model, and pasted them into Molly's config, which allowed me to use her in the game. Everything on her works, except her face does not appear. Just her eyes and the black of her smokebox. All these models run just fine by the way; I used them all seven engines together in the Kickstarter County route, no problems. Her face just doesn't appear, neither in the preview window, nor when I view my collection, nor when I run her on a route. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I know very little about faces on engines, but I do find myself wondering if you have the faces dependency installed.

I didn't see anything worded like that in the dependencies window, and I checked the one of my Thomas model, and it looked very similar. However, I just looked at the Errors and Warnings analysis, and it validated <kuid:521924:103143>. I can't upload a screenshot to show you, so I will just type it out. The analysis said the following:

"Validating <kuid:521924:103143>"

"MeshResource::LoadResource><NULL>| arc:fld:$(local)/hash-41||kuid:521924:103143.tzarc"
"Loading mesh mesh/blank.trainzmesh"
/!\ "TrainzMeshFile_Load> no valid chunks (mesh/blank.trainzmesh)"
/!\ "VE25: The tag '0' in container 'submeshes-122285' is empty."
/!\ "VE107: The high-detail meshes total more than 100,000 polygons. This may have a negative impact on performance: 0: 112440, 1: 2890, 2:1142, 3:432, 4: 0."
"Performing asset precache"
"PrecacheManager::PrecacheNow><kuid:521924:103143>"
"PrecacheManager::PrecacheNow><kuid:521924:103143>"
"MeshObject::LockMeshes><kuid:521924:103143>"TW3D-Molly the Yellow Engine"
"MeshResource::LoadResource><kuid:521924:103143>| arc:fld:$(local)/hash-41||kuid:521924:103143.tzarc"
"Loading mesh mesh/blank.trainzmesh"
/!\ "TrainzMeshFile_Load> no valid chunks (mesh/blank.trainzmesh)"
/!\ "TrainzMeshCollisionData::CreateNewShapeFromData> vertex count too high, falling back to AABB."

And next to most of these columns were that same kuid number <kuid:521924:103143>.
Below is where it appears in the config:

And this kuid appears nowhere else in the config. It just says kuid next to it as you can see.....
So....should I replace this with something, or should I just delete it? Or should I do something else?

And excuse the emojis. I don't know where those came from. Haha.

Okay. Any ideas? What do you think?
Essentially it's saying that there are things missing that the script files can't find. As to what they are I haven't got a clue.
The other thing I immediately noticed is the insane polygon count with this loco's meshes. This thing is a mess.

You were right about that kuid being very important. <kuid:521924:103143> appears to be the model itself because I searched the kuid on the internet, and it's for the model. The Tramways 3D model of Molly is a very well-liked model; I have seen it used in at least (I'm sure there's more) 35 videos on YouTube. We'll just have to wait and see what can be done about this download. Once someone provides a good answer, you could use the solution too if needed.

Some TTTE locomotive assets use a rule added to the File > Settings menu. I don't know if it's related to your problem.

I was able to list the dependants of the settings rule I mentioned earlier. It turns out the ControlSet <kuid2:414976:103287:2> TTTE - TTTELocomotive Controls are only needed by the following installed asset.

<kuid2:217537:1:5> TTTE - Thomas The Tank Engine (and the reskinabble version as well).

I don't have the Molly asset. So i'm no help. Sorry

Good news! Although, I feel pretty silly, but good nonetheless! It turns out, there was nothing wrong with the Molly's faces at all. I just found out how to access them in the submeshes of the options section when you hold CTRL + right click. So apparently, on this model if you don't click on that first, the face will not appear. Good grief. I can't believe I didn't find that sooner. But anyway, there is nothing wrong with the Tramways 3D model of Molly The Yellow Engine! The polygon count may still be too high, but it works great! Every face works. Thank you all for your input! I'm terribly sorry for troubling you, but I appreciate it greatly! I will share some screenshots later.

I'm back! I have figured out how to do several things on here, including screenshots. I took one to show you, and it looks great! However, I think I have found the real problem my model of Molly has. Her eye control window does not appear, and I cannot access her lamp codes. Thomas here is from Sodor Workshops, and he has the basic black window for eye controls, and it works fairly well; it appears on the right of the screen like it should when I click on him. I can also access his lamp codes in the "View Settings" window. But, when I click on Molly, her eye control won't appear. Also, when I click on "View Settings" for her, I can click on the lamp codes section, but nothing shows up on it. Then when I close the lamp code window, I can't ever click on it to make it pop up again. Nothing happens with it after that. So, I currently am unable to move her eyes or turn her lights on. I keep thinking they were showing up when I first got her, but now they don't. I have deleted her and redownloaded her about five or six times, even completely deleting her off of my computer, and redownloading her from the website she came from, and still the same thing. Has anyone had this problem before?

Molly's eye problem is related to the script. You can view script errors by click on the Dev tab in Trainz settings on the Launcher then clicking on Show script exception notifications and Enable advanced debug tools if that's not checked.

Create a test route and place Molly. When you go into driver, a red bug should appear in the lower right corner of your screen.
Double click on the red bug and that will list the errors in the script.

I'm not sure what you can do with them, unless you can figure out how to edit the script, if the script isn't encrypted.

Once you are done debugging, be sure to disable that option in Trainz settings since it's no longer needed.

Okay. So that helps. Thank you. Now I just need to figure out how to fix those bugs.
