I'm suddenly having a big bunch of stuff reported broke all of a sudden, the only thing I remember doing recently is installing some stuff from colorado71 and JR's enginespec and script library updates and a QDR after that. After abit of CMP sleuthing I find that the culprit is the default Auran F7 interior with the following errors:

How can I fix this? I didn't do anything to it so why is it suddenly missing textures and whatever.
I've not upgraded to SP1.
