EXTREME weather conditions

I know that TS2010 has an option for snow, rain, and obviously you can simulate a flood with the Topology section. But is it possible, in 2010 or any later Trainz version to have tornadoes and/ or hurricanes that interact with AI and buildings and such?

You can take your laptop outside ... but it might get all wet, and sucked up over the rainbow, and thrown into the next State

So with the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn in the skies, (how do we do that???)
