Everthing Steam (Warning Large Pics)

Nice! Where did you get that?

Hi mp5a4,

As Trackplate has pointed out, These are the Railsimpro F7's that have just been made available Freeware.

I am converting them to full steam operation in "Cab Mode" as the models are an earlier version, but very nice, thakyou Uncle Rob.

Thanks for the posting the link Trackplate, I'm afraid I always manage to mess things up with links.

Cheer's,

Alex

On the Australian route by Auran.. It's a simple route but yet so much fun! Haha, it reminds me of a model type route. :)

One of everyones favourites.
One of my fondest memories was a cabride on her when i was younger between Gosford and Newcastle.
The old 38 has a way with people...

Hi Tianiclover,

The Hud is the "MC Custom Hud" that comes with 2006. I don't think its available for 2004 but I could be wrong. (Been known to happen many times:rolleyes: )

The engine, I have updated the same way I have been able to do the Older British engines and which are now available on the DLS. It includes a new espec written especially for this engine and a new cabin script with optional fireman. In cab mode the engine is capable of 100+ mph easily and around the engine yard and coupling up, is as docile as the family car.

I am now attempting to contact Rob (Rob shaw) to see if he will allow me to upload "Full steam" versions of his engines which I am working on virtualy as I write this.

I hope I can get to share this engine with you guys, as it is a delight and fun to drive in "Cab Mode" in both 2004 and 2006.

Cheer's everyone,

Alex

Nice ones Starfox and Trackplate. I started out as a pure diesel dude but I've learned to love steamers and can't get enough of them...

Hello all great pictures I was born too late to see the steam age but severly dislike those new fangled boxes on wheels unlike most of the people i know who are mad on the new virgin Pendalino and Voyager (no design in either:p)
I work in TRS2006 and am open to any comments/sugestions

Some Pictures from My ficticiouse (spelt correctly?) South Eastern and Chatam Railway Edwardian Layout.

Decapods SE&CR O1 backs onto its train from the headshunt at Marbourn.

Decapods P Class waits for its trucks to be filled with parcels of woven silk at Carbrook (hope the trucks can be covered! :)

The Iron Horse meets the....well....horse :) The O1 at Marbourne with goods yard in the background.

Finally the P Class heads its train of trucks loaded with the slks back to Marbourn in the fading light.

Triple header.

So, you would like to move 2000tonne of general freight over "Robe River" in "full steam" cab mode hmmmm.

Here's how I do it.
