We can't see your screenshot as it is on your hard drive.

Which version of TRS? Has it passed the Trainz Diagnostics thing?

You might try putting -intro=disable in the trainzoptions.txt file in the Trainz folder.

Its probably your system rather than trainz itself.
Reboot, reset everything, run all the scanners and anti virus/malware scanners you have (and you DO have those, RIGHT?) download and run cc cleaner to dump unwanted files and clean up your registry, and be sure you have the latest video drivers etc.
Reboot again, download and use SmartClose to turn off all background programs, and try trainz again. If it works, cheer! If it doesnt...cry. Then look deeper.

Thank I'm doing all the above now.
Just one thing I originally installed about 5 days ago and it worked fine the first two days and I went to boot it up again and it just didn't work, came up like that (see above):'(

Hmm okay, so what changes have you made to the system in that few days time? That includes new programs loaded, things downloaded, drivers updated, new hardware etc etc etc yakkedy yakkety... it doesnt take much to upset a system from liking one particular program.

PS: oh, this is assuming that other programs ARE working okay? I mean, have you checked? I ask because I was once told of a man on a phone-in help desk, who went through every conceivable solution as to why the customer's computer wasn't working, to no avail , only to be finally told by the customer, that there was a power blackout going on in the customer's area. I kid thee not. So I ask.
