Currently on NBC a new show The Cape, 4 episodes aired so far. Episode 1 had a scene in a railyard, I noticed at least one red boxcar with a logo for the fictional police force ARK on the show, never could tell who owned the other railcars. Episode 4 had an F-unit with passenger cars and a baggage car on the end (done for the story, the baggage car gets seperated from the train) and the train becomes a runaway. F-unit and passenger cars had a white with blue lightning bolt paint scheme. They had scenes inside a few cars and a rooftop fight scene.
