Hey All,
I did a search and couldn't find anything on the topic. It seems like most of the 3rd party deisels I use have a loud rattling noise at low speeds. I'd don't really operate at higher speeds, usually around 20 mph, mostly switching. Is the rattling supposed to be cooling fan noise or something? Is there a way to disable that particular sound? I'd like to be able to hear the rumble of the engine at low speeds. I'm operating 2009 with the third update.
To be honest, I don't run all that many deisels, so I don't know if they all do it. Maybe a dumb question, thanks for any info though.
