Endless synchronisation

Hey,

I just subscribed to the Gold Membership for Trainz 2019. Since then the wheel, that looks like the program is downloading or synchronising something with my account, is turning and turning and turning..... In addition my stars in sessions are not added anymore. I have been seeing the same status for two days now, although I have earned 10 more stars in the meantime and the configuration of the sessions is correct and all rules are executed. Also I have practically no option in my MyTrainz - Account neither in the program (Settings, Content Manager) nor on the website to influence the synch or even see what is going on. The profile editor is just showing, what I am expecting: Waiting for the contact with the servers... I tried repairing the database, deleting and repairing faulty objects as well as deleting the cache and local folder. My internet connection is stable and fast enough and till the Gold Membership everything worked just fine. I tried rebooting both my PC and the program, deactivating my firewall and Antivirus protection. I even changed the internet connection without any success. I researched in Google, Forums and in Chat GPT and followed every possible step without any result. The wheel is still spinning and my stars are the same. If I play offline everything works, but I don't see my progress, of course.
 
Sorry, pushed the wrong buttons and sent it too early!

Is here someone who has a creative idea apart from reinstalling?

Help would be appreciated.

Mine does that for the first start up for the day....

Just select a route and edit it, after that it is back to normal.

why it does it... have no idea.
 
Hey, thanks for your reply and idea! But, frankly, that is exactly what I did. In the beginning, I edited a route and a session like everything was normal followed by several restarts of both the program and the PC. I also ran the program within one windows session many times because I also assumed that it is just the first time. I also waited up to 2h if something changes. Nothing! Regarding the stars. Adding of the stars worked with a standard session. Seems there is some problem with the configuration of my userdefined route, even if I played around here, too and I cant figure out what is wrong. Could you maybe help me with that? After research in both a standard session as well as with the help of ChatGPT I managed to make the attached configuration. Do I miss something? Don't forget your TRS22 PE is not Gold activated even though you have access to DLC. You need the Plus version for all the latest features yo be active.
 
Ok thanks for the information! So how can I stop the wheel from spinning? And: Is ist just impossible to get starts accredited to the account in userdefined sesssions? I now configured the session exactly in a way, so that the stars should be accredited but it still does not work!
 
Hey! How do I get to the Plus Edition? I just found out, that the Plus Edition is included in the Gold Membership!
 
Ok, I found it. I already seem to have the Plus Edition! So there is still one question remaining: Is it possible to get stars accredited to the Trainz account in userdefined sessions?
