Emit Train Now - rule problem?

I am having a problem with the Emit Train Now rule. I answer the opening questions on the opening text like window about portal, vehicle, etc. but I never get to the main menu shown below. Any hints?

Yes, I have also found this. TRS2009 SP2 appears to have broken it. One of the reasons I have gone back to the SP1 version,where it works OK. Remains to be seen,whether SP3 or TRS2010 fixes it.

Ok, so there is hope.:udrool: Will have to wait for SP3 to be released since I do not have a Beta Code to get it.
