EMD Spartan Cab Hack

Hi, I tried to fix the EMD Spartan cab, as said at the erecting hall, but some of the .txt files are not there:

windows.texture.txt
wheelslip-wheelslip_op.texture.txt

You may need to run PEV Software PM2IM and Images2TGA to fix these problems.

Perhaps they aren't required. Have you confirmed that the mesh actually uses these textures?
