ahah.. Apparently, it has the same internals as a SD70Ace, but it was made for the Chinese National Railways. I hope that EMD continues with their 710ECO program.. because they're updating old units. And thats what EMD should do, repower, letalone rebuild older units. Makes em last longer, like a GP9, repower it and its called s GP22ECO, but god that unit would go on forever.. ahah
