EBT Coach Found in PA woods

In The Pennsylvania woods, who knows what could be found? Cars, old tunnels from the original Turnpikes, or even Towns buried under the pond from a dam. Well according to a source who wishes to remain nameless, There are reports stating that EBT coach #24 has been found in the woods just outside of Pittsburgh. Now how it got to Pittsburgh is up for discussion, but all we know, is that the car seems to be in almost perfect shape, except for the trucks being missing,The Seats decaying, and someone vandalized it with "APRIL FOOLS" on the side. Now what this phrase has to do with an EBT car, we have no idea.
