Eastmont Northern 4-6-4 no. 2468 was manufactured by the Lima Locomotive Works in April 1936 & delivered later that month on April 28, 1936. Two days after arriving in the hands of the Eastmont Northern Railroad, it immediately entered service on the system pulling the Clements Zephyr passenger train from Seeba, Clements to Odom, Crittenton. For 12 years dating back to April 30, 1936 was assigned to passenger duties on the Clements Zephyr until August 10, 1948 when it was relocated and served on the Bryant Cannonball which was a joint operated passenger service between the Eastmont Northern and the MLHS or known as the Mixondale, Lawson Heights & Southern from Bryant, Crittenton to Tavera, Westland but only had a four year spawn of duties on the route before it was dispatched by a brand new EMD E8 diesels that were appearing on the line.

From 1952 to 1955 was reassigned to the Warrick Zephyr as a primary engine for passenger duties but was transferred to the Eastmont Valley Corridor and worked on the mail trains that operated on a Monday-Saturday basis in April 1955. However, the engine was soon to be semi-retired from active service in September 1955 when it was forced to emergency backup status for the Eastmont Valley Corridor. The engine only made four more trips out of the yard in which if it wasn't sitting on idle it was in temporary storage or yard switching. The last trip the engine ever made was on Christmas Eve 1956 and was abruptly retired just four hours afterwards. The locomotive sat in storage and was scheduled to be scrapped in the Fruitridge Scrap Site, an industrial town just south of Eastmont. However, the railroad decided to donate the locomotive to the Sanchez Gorge National Park Railway museum in April 1960 in Hasselbeck, Holgreen. In 1992 a team of Eastmont Northern locomotive techs restored the engine and has been pulling excursion trains ever since.

Instead of telling us how good it's going to be (which your wandering OP doesn't, by the way) why don't you build it first? I've lost count of the number of threads that have been started here and proclaim "I'm building this, that or the other", yet nothing ever comes of them - commonly known as vapourware and often the subject of much derision.

Being known as a vapourware creator is not a tag you want to have so my advice is not to announce your route until it's either complete, or is very close to being so.
