DVD orders were 'released' on the 7th of December. However, it may be a few days before all orders are actually shipped.

That's useful info to know, I kinda figured my order would be near the bottom of the list since I didn't pre-order till the download version actually came out. I have to wonder though why the thread won't come up for me and why they didn't add it to the release thread in announcements. 
The Trainz 2010 DVD may take some time to arrive,
As not only have Auran got a lot of orders in for Trainz 2010 DVD edition to be sent out, but also you have the Christmas post which is equally busy at this time of the year, so posting is going to be slow, then if you live anywhere other than Australia, you have airmiles to think about as well, along with once it has arrived in your country, it's naturally going to face Christmas post again, thus delaying it further...
I'm sure trainz 2010 will arrive before Christmas this year, may even arrive just before Christmas, so it'll make an excellent Christmas present and it will feel like Santa has come to town...

TS2010 DVDs have just landed at Heathrow. Once the remaining paperwork has been done and the relevant charges paid they should clear customs in a day or so. They will then be delivered to me and I will start sending them out. (I don't think the shipping agents work weekends and that is going to add a couple of days). I would anticipate that UK deliveries should arrive by this time next week, with European customers reveiving their's a few days after.
'Processed' means I have prepared the envelope and done the paperwork for the recorded delivery. Once it goes to 'shipped' it will indicate it as being in the (so far) capable hands of the Royal Mail.

Just spoken to a few people and it turns out that new EU legislation means I now have to apply for registration and get an EORI number to be allowed to import stuff..... which usually takes about 72 hours I'm told. So HM Customs will be sitting on the shipment until I can sort that out......... nothing ever gets easier does is it, they just make things harder

My order (US) is still pending. Hopefully it won't have similar issues once it's actually on the way. I just wish us boxed customers could get our serial numbers in advance so we could start collecting stuff. (I do not have, and don't plan to buy, an FCT so I imagine the download limit is going to be really annoying.)
Mine still says Processed at the Auran Shop, even though my PayPal account now say's Completed, I ordered mine straight from Auran, but as Mike has said, he takes control of UK orders, but he now has a minor issue with H.M.S Customs, which should be resolved in no time...
So Mike might have my order along with those who ordered straight from Auran, this is why there is a slight delay, and as Mike rightly say's, they don't make anything in the UK easy at all... the good news is, they have arrived in the UK.
All we have to do is be patient... and soon Trainz 2010 will arrive, just in time for Christmas... yippee

Likewise I have every confidence in Mike....... not sure about daft EU regulations though.
Looking on the bright side, we get to read all the pitfalls and solutions before we get 2010 so should be well prepared with no unexpected surprises.
Does Auran have this procedure in effect in the United States too? I remember ccordes handled that in years past, but I haven't heard any word how they're doing it these days.
