Dual Gauge Track

Hi all, was trying to find some dual gauge track ( ideally 2" with 3" ) or 2" with another narrow gauge. Spent a couple of hours trawling the DLS but couldn't find anything. I do seem to remember there being dual gauge track around some where but cant remember where it was or who made it. Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

There is some TRS2004 build dual gauge from me on the DLS built for the Gilpin Tram projects that are 2-foot and 3-foot combined.

Try searching for title "Dual NG2/3" and they should show up if you tick the TRS2004 box.

Best wishes

Linda

Original post deleted as Linda posted while I was typing. I had forgotten she has made some three rail track. All I need now is the same in 7ft/4ft 8.

Mmmm just one other thing..... does anyone know where i could find some 3" gauge locos/rolling stock of British origin to go with lovely track by Shortline2 :D

Steveflanders/rickysykes have a lot of Irish 3ft stuff and a few IOM items (see Steve's thread for information and link to his site - not all the recent stuff is on the DLS). Otherwise I can't think of anything else. After all, outside of industrial sites, 3ft wasn't exactly common in Britain.

If you don't want to go trolling on the DLS or the forums, this is their website, Ing4Trainz:

http://ing4trainz.greateastern.org.uk/

Also features broad-gauge by the ORIGINAL IKB, not that other fellow on these forums:D ...at least I hope the original stayed where he was put a hundred years ago...:D
