DRM problems yet again

Could some one check the server please Stovepipes engine specs being locked means most of my UK wagons no longer work since I use his engine specs. This is the second day of not being able to run TS12.

Looks like things are up and running again. The assets I had with missing dependencies that have been showing up for the last two days have cleared after another vaildation.
