is there a link somewhere that i might have missed to learn how to drive steam trains? i cant even get them to start moving. In cab view of course. thx!
You don't say which version you're using but driving steam in CAB mode is covered in:
TRS2004 Manual Engineers Handbook, Chap 11, page 58.
TRS2006 Manual Chap 12.14, page 214.
2010 EE. never attempted anything like this before. it's exhilarating. Of course the first steam engine i tried was the Big Boy. Holy knobs is all i can say. i got it up to 3 mph today! then i hit a hill... i tried putting it on dcc and watching in cab, it showed nothing...
I am however slightly disappointed in the fact that it didn't come with many scenarios or a steam tutorial. anyone can drive electric and diesel. Not ever driving a train in my life i feel this HAS to be fairly close. Having difficulty finding free downloads for extra content. I assume the goal of this software is mainly to design your own?
