Have you activated your FCT? if not you can do that under the Tickets tab of Planet Auran. After clicking 'activate' it can take up to 24hrs for your FCT to actually become activated. There are a number of tricks out there that people have for trying to speed up the process, some work better then others. The best I know is to change your password for you account (it can be the same thing that it was).
