Downloadproblem with TS2009-Objects

Hello, I've got the following problem: Everytime I want to download objects for TS2009, there's this under the preview picture: ''Not available Add to Cart'', not like on every other object for a previous Trainzversion, where's written: ''Download / Dowload Page / Add to Cart''

Can you tell me why or what I can do against it?

Have you registered your serial number and put in your username and password into the CMP settings?

No, I can't use the CMP for downloading, because I've got to use my brother's computer to get into the internet. Normally I download things via the direct FTP-Link.
