Hi there. Im hoping someone can help me. I purchased it from the net on Saturday and it won't let me download it from the net. I have one e-mail that has a link that says Trainz Simulator 2010 Engineers Edition and when I click it it comes up with another box and says invalid download.
Then there is another e-mail with a whole lot of links...
As far as I know I have registered the serial number correctly.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone help!!
Jamie from New Zealand.

Please, Jamie, contact the developers and sellers, and owners of this home, at their helpdesk...

http://support.auran.com/

They are the only one who can help you with a valid download link, if the solution typed below ↓ doesn't work for you.

But meanwhile, check your profile above showing your Order History which always contains a download link if you click on your INVOICE No.

And, of course, after your first two posts... welcome to the Forums.

No telephone support has been reported by a N3VRF41 official here...

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=43044

Are you sure that you don't have anything if you go:

Profile --> Order History (where a list of purchases should show off)

Being that the case, something went wrong with your order. Mr Zec Murphy, a N3VRF41l official, will be reading this in 3 hours or so. Maybe he is giving some advice to follow.

Just checked this thread again. Yes I have those in the other e-mail. Do I need to download them all? And I guess I just save them to thier own folder and then run them...

Yes you need to download them all into one folder. Once all 5 files have been downloaded double-click on setup.exe

Thanks sooooo much for your help people. Let me know when you are coming to New Zealand and you will get a tour around my wonderful city!!!!!

I'm taking you word! :hehe: Flying tomorrow to the early autumnal Kiwiland.

Have you clicked on the setup.exe file? It's the file that's going to install your Trainz. Treat it with love and devotion. :p;) And be patient during the installation process.

Well the other ones are still downloading. We are on the bottom of the world so it's not as fast as where you are. The other two won't let me at the moment but thats fine. At least I have made progress.

OK Me again...
So I have almost downloaded 2b.bin 2a.bin and 1b.bin.
Still got 1.a bin and the setup.exe to go...
Just making sure I am all on my way...
Getting very excited. Love my train games.

:hehe:;) All the Trainz Community is watching and reading your posts expectantly to see how a new trainzer inaugurates his dream railway empire. ;)

The birth of a new trainzer is always a celebrated event over here. :D
