Downloading Problems

I recently installed Windows Vista 64 bit Home Premiun edition on a comp. that I just finished. Before installing Vista, I had installed Windows 7 beta. TRS ran well on Win7 but the content button would not start from the main menu. Now that I installed Vista I can't perform a new install because I get a corrupted files message advising me to download a new or fresh install. Question 1 Is there a mirror site to download from? I have tried downloading several times with same result. Between attempts I removed the supposibly corrupt downloaded files. Question 2 anyone have the same problem? Thanks for you help on this matter.

Sometimes DLS just goes to sleep. Nothing to do but wait until it wakes up again<g>

Downloading yet again...

I am downloading once again but this time I think that I'll burn TRS09 to a DVD. My computer woes seem to be neverending but I will persevere!

I just purchased TS2009 for download and I get the same messages you get. I tried the help desk and they suggested to download a manager to help. I did, and get the same issues "corrupt files". Were you ever successful with the download or are you still having problems. The help desk seems to be not too helpful. Can you help ???

When I DL TS2009 back in December, it went smoothly.
Corrupt file sounds like the DL is not completing. Have you tried another browser?
Sometimes, when Firefox doesn't complete or start a DL, I use IE7 with success.
Also, check your firewall settings. I really don't think you would get corrupt files due to firewall or other security, but it's worth checking.

One more thing you can try; DL during the middle of the night.
Servers get very busy sometimes when lots of people are DL.
