I must admit I have been playing with trainz from the 2004 days, and back then (along with 2006) TS worked will from the box, and if you wanted extra stuff you went to the DL'er, and if you were really hard core you could pay a bit more to get better content and download speeds.
Then comes 2009, and what do I have to do to get more than 1/2 the routes that came broken (ie... not in english) ... I need to go DL the fixes... but yet they error out as well.
PS... where do we have to go to get the service pack 1 for 2009??? To their dev site

So... why should we... as paying customers be forced to find out how to update, and then also find out a lot of the content is out of date and we have to wait for the very slow DLer to update the content that we paid for.
