I've just loaded 2010. When I try to download from The Download Station, I get the message "webpage cannot be displayed" Is there a temporary problem or is there something more fundamentally wrong with my set-up?

I don't think it's a problem with your program. There are others from the UK complaining about getting tot he DLS.
