download station

cmp does not connect to download station, plus in the cmp download helper seems to permenantly display i need to register my 'trainz 2006 sim' --but is though.(the serial number) whats going on? and plus when i bring up the cmp it says that it cannot find my profile make sure you enter it correctly in settings. so, whats going on.?:'(

Are you running TRS2006 w/ SP1 or TC ?
In TRS2006 you need to enter CMP 'settings' and fill in the required data, have you done this ?
Is it possible your program has been previously registered ?

You also try this:
Click on the Profile link at the top of this page and edit your password by re-entering it and save it.
You can test the link to the DLS by:
Exit CMP that it is off, goto the DLS and pick and item and download it. It should cause CMP start up and put the asset kuid in the Download Helper Action Panel. Then try to download it by hitting Start.

Hello. First time using this forum.

I have the same exact problem in TC. I just fixed up the CMP after it wasn't working at all. I already resaved my profile data, but the problem persists.

I have not been able to get downloads working either.

The log shows this all the time no matter how many times I change the password in the profile and CMP
