download station

hi

i just started downloading things from the download station. I can download them fine but when i go in game i either cant see them or i cant place them. E.G i downloaded a miniature loco. the loco itself downloaded but the tender didnt. i couldent load it

please help

First it helps if you give the kuid of the items so we know which you are talking about and second the version of trainz you are using.
It would sound like you have downloaded items that have been created in a version above yours or that it was created with paintshed and you have not installed it. Your version of trainz should be 2365 or 2370 (build 2.4) if it is TRS2004 or have SP1 installed if it is TRS2006 (build 2.6).
